Ok, after reading some of these comments, i am not looking forward to this as much as I was, but it is so crazy that I am looking forward to working out at all! My legs are still sore from day 1, but i will complete this! Edit: I was so right. This was so difficult , but I am so happy because I did most of the exercises as the harder version. I am so glad that I did this and kept my streak going! This was by far the sweatiest workout in this serious so far, and I am literally dripping sweat as I am typing this. For anyone who did this workout, great job! And for anyone who is reading the comments before starting good luck! Day 3/14 completed! 🎉

Okay, this was hard. But so far I’ve now completed day 1, 2 and 3. I struggle with commitment, so this for me is a big achievement! The non-stop section BURNED though ❤🔥💪

I have just started completed day 3 ... This is so helpful I feel so fresh. I get bullied by my classmates for my body and even my mom and my sister tease me so I always feel like crying and I am just in school . I hope these videos help. I'm bathing in my sweat so I have high hopes.tq

I didn't do day 3 as in maintained my streak because i got my periods but i did this workout today on my second day of periods and honestly I couldn't be more proud of myself. I Am proud that i thought i could do it and i did it. Although I can't feel my legs now but worth it 👏🏻 To everyone who is doing this and trying to stay commited in their workout and healthy lifestyle journey. Keep going, you can do it. Proud of you and cheering for you from right here 💕

I literally cried after this workout. Not because of how sore I felt afterwards but because I did something. I was able to do it although not all reps bit at least 75% of each exercise. And I felt so liberated after the workout. I am glowing and I feel like I’m walking on clouds rn. It’s amazing. Thank you so much Ana. 💖💖💖💖

Day 3 completed🎉 It was so hard as my legs were so sore but i made it!!! I have noticed many changes in me compared to day 1, i took less modified versions and less break... Yes I have became even stronger 💪! I am so proud of myself and all those who is still showing up..!!! Good luck for me and you for tomorrow ❤🎉!

Hey Anna, I've been following this challenge since the beginning and I love it. I love that you offer different kinds of exercices and sometimes modified when it's too hard. Thank you so much for sharing your videos and workouts. It helps me so much. I'm struggling with anorexia and moving my body everyday helps me to recover and feel less guilty when it comes to food and eating. It makes me feel stronger and free even for a short period of time. I am definitely streching the resting seconds in between poses. I pause the video for a while and then continue. But the most important is that I am not giving up. It is difficult my sisters, don't beat yourselves up! We got this! And every like is a spike in my motivation

Day 3 - My favorite part of the body to train is the lower body. I couldn't wait for a new day to finally start. I'll highlight the wall sit as one of the tougher exercises for me. Before the finisher, I had to take a 1-minute break because I didn't have enough strength to continue right away. All in all, it was a perfect workout, and my glutes are still sore from day 1. 💪😊

I'm really enjoying this! I'm doing every other day till I can build myself up. I'm 43 and havent been to a gym for about 20 years so going slow and steady. But I think these workouts are amazing!

Wow! Soooo hard despite being ca ballerina and doing lots of leg exercises. From being a dancer, her are a few more stretches you might want to try if you are very sore: stretch 1: start in butterfly, but then move your foot to be above your other leg. Try to touch the top knee to the bottom foot as well, then switch sides. stretch 2: From there, move your top knee over even more so ytour knees are stacked, and make sure your lower legs make a straight line. do the other side. stretch 3: start lying down. cross one of your feet over the other knee. then bend your straight leg towards your chest, bringing the other leg with it. you can use your arms to pull your leg even closer to you. then do the other side. Hope this helps!

We've been doing your workouts for a couple of years now. To be honest, the best part of this workout was the lack of explicit sexual references and no cursing in the songs! One I feel ok doing with my 2 young daughters and don't have to worry about what the music contains. Thanks!!

I have gained a lot of weight and have been really insecure about it, but recently I’ve been feeling a lot more happier, now I started working out just to be healthy, because being a teen and being out of breath after getting up some stairs isn’t really pleasant😂

DONE!!! Oh my god I died lmfao. I needed longer breaks, and an unfortunate 25min break in the middle because some thing came up, but I did it!!! I'm so happy I showed up even on a dysmorphic shitty day. Woohoo!!!

And I showed up again for this one, and was even able to do some jumping squats before switchting to the modified version. Keep going guys, it gets easier!

This was a great workout! I agree with others about the soreness of day 1 but I believe that if you sweat, you did it well!

My legs were pretty sore after day 1 but I still did it and it feels so good to complete this whole workout 💪 Thank you so much Anna for such an amazing workout !!! ♥️

I'm here 😂 The first time I chose Tabata and Hiit at random - after that recovered for 3 days.😱 😂 Then I started this complex and after the first day I recovered again for 3 days. After the second day 1 day of recovery 🎉 But after today... ha ha haaa, I do not know what will happen to me, but I continue!💪🙌 😅 Anna, I am delighted with your program. You are a golden sun! 🌞🌞🌞❤️🌺🙏
