I’ve been doing Rachel’s workouts 5 times a week for since January and this is the one I ALWAYS come back to! Plus, today was the first time in a long time I felt cute in gym shorts! Not weighing myself this year, just going off how I feel and how I look in clothes so I’m not sure of exact results but lately I’ve been waking up feeling delicious! You are an actual machine. Love your workouts and have been following some of your older ones over the last month. My cardio fitness has improved so much! Its so nice to have modifications so I can pick and choose which ones to do and have exercises that are actually achievable. Thanks 💕

I like 45-60 minute workouts so I did days 1-3 of this series. The variety and the challenge were just what I needed. And it is not the holiday season. Still amazing!

This was hands down the funnest workout video I've ever followed. Please do more martial art workouts in the future; I've been wanting to learn some martial arts, and, especially since going to local krav maga academy isn't very practical at the moment, this is perfect. Beautiful video! I had to be very focused throughout because I needed all my concentration for coordination! 😂 I loved the water sound in the breaks, awesome moves the only thing I personally would prefer is more upbeat music for a workout
