Hi, I have been following a number of fitness youtubers but I came acrosss your channel an now you are my new favorite! Your background, your edit theme style, music and especially your workout! Intense! Very intense! And you have long workout too. Just how I want! Drenched in sweat is the best feeling! I would like to see workout with weight like dumbells! I like no rep workout, bur i would like to known if is more effective a no repeat workout or a hiit like tabata whit repetition.

hey please help me! i wanna so bad slim legs😭i would do anything to have them, i’m eating healthy,exercising but im not seeing results, im going for a walk (1-2hours) or running for about 20mins every day and where is problem? i stopped losing weight for months, please help me!!! gimme some tips i need tips!!! i took photo of me and idk why i think i gained weight😭 even i am on my weight loss journey for months ( started in january ) please gimme tips🥺maybe it’s muscles but i dont think so i had so much cheat days😭.....
