Cat, thank you so much as always for your guidance. The affirmations in this meditation were so potent. Mainstream yoga tends to make the idea of "power" into something else entirely, with "power yoga" being equated to a workout, a way of making yourself smaller, a way of changing rather than accepting oneself. Thank you for offering a new perspective and leading us to truly step into our own inner power, in all of its forms. I love all of the teaching you offer here and in the Soul Sanctuary.
