Awesome setup for safety - bench press is the most dangerous exercise known. It has been years since I have done bench - I never use clips if I do, that way you can just raise one side and let weights sliding off chaos happen but you are still safe. I couldn't not see if you have clips in. Nice work.

Thanks! Yeah, I am really happy with this cage and safety system. I generally don’t use clips for bench; mostly I just use clips for dynamic stuff like clean and press, etc.

im not a pro, and maybe its just the angle, but your right hand is alittle bit off man, it may cause wrist injury

@Schismarch I would work dumbbell bench to gain evenness and do a couple extra reps on the right hand to gain more stability and strength.

@@Schismarch yeah maybe just the angle, the right hand has white background that's why it stands out and left hand has black that the edges almost blends in. btw thanks for these content man

Its appears that your left side is stronger than your right, leading the bar to raise slightly unevenly (2.41 is a good example of this). Although that might just be camera angle. I've got similar issue due to previous wrist and shoulder injuries. Try doing more dumbell presses to develop the right side and balance things out. Nothing to really worry about but if you do then a decent physio should be able to review and advise.
