done! Kinda changed my cardio and subbed it with burpees, thrusters, prisonor up/down jump squats, bicycles, hollow hold. Still holding myself accountable for finishing, just this adulting thing is constantly up in my way. Thanks again and have a great day.

wop wop,i am glad we get push day cause today i did workout 34 after ride bycicle in afternoon One hour legs with no wheight at park so my legs are Little tired now ciao ciao lol 🚴🚴
