Crushed this workout yesterday and and always loved the workout. Loved the Cardio, my favorite being the DB toe taps since I got to know this from you and have been doing this with you and it seems to be getting better🙂 Thank you Chris, Edi and Arnold ❤

Thank you very much for your videos. I needed something like that. Routines with dumbbells or z bars. With work timer. I didn't know you, but you are already essential.

Loving this series and seeing gains with an increased protein intake and daily creatine. One thing I keep thinking about as I go through these videos is that I wish the Pro Tip pop up would come up during the preview of the workout and not during the actual workout. I’m often times looking in the mirror and have to pause and rewind to see what it says. If it’s during preview, I can prep for the movement better. Thanks to both of you for everything!

Amazing, thanks for sharing your feedback. Super excited to hear that you’re gaining 🔥🔥 We totally agree with you on the preview and tips box. On our newest videos we made changes and now the tip box is on the preview part. We made a mistake with that during Build 2 😇😇

@@ChrisEdi Ah! That’s great! I’ll catch up to you guys eventually. Did some traveling for a couple of weeks in the winter and relied on some improv sessions from memory. You guys are the best. I still need to get me a bench 😄

Done! I can say it was very tough as a fourth day in a row, I accumulated a fair amount of fatigue. Also, have to confess, skipped cardio section this time, it would kill me today.. I am cycling about 20km daily - commuting to work. Still planning to do a pull day tomorrow, will just see how I feel in the morning. Cheers !!
