@@ChrisEdi I cycle to work every day (after early morning workouts) but this time left my bike there so thought about running to pick it up and cycle back. I did not happen this time, other commitments took over (family) so picked my bike with a car. Short story long I am trying to be a hybrid athlete (44 years young :-) with full time job and family, so lifting, cycling, running, swimming. Not training for anything specific, just for my self.

Playing catch up after taking a rest day and I'm so glad I got to do this arms focused workout session! Feeling that bicep, tricep and shoulder activation after all that 💪🏼💦 Will do the lower body + abs session tomorrow afternoon once I'm off work 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼

I was waiting for the video upload and attacked this one at once 🙂 At the outset a great introduction having suggestions on choosing the weights. The lateral raise ISO hold (L & R) was the toughest for me. The Double Dumbbell Overhead Ext, by the third set, I was drained and so couldn't get all the reps. Perhaps the 10KG was not a good idea. Is it good idea to go with a single DB of higher weight instead of 2 DBs? I am seeing a slight improvement in my Diamond pushups. 🙂Coming to the Cardio, the killer was certainly the Burpees towards the end. Thank You Chris and Edi for bringing this great workout. ❤

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we love reading it 😁😁 Yes, so you can definitely use 1 dumbbell for overhead triceps extension, however, you can also try to lower your weights to 5kg each maybe and try that way. I used (EDI) 10lbs dumbbells also, i can`t go too heavy on that one.
