Hey Bernhard, so happy to see you getting back on track. I kept praying for you, family and your recovery. I dont expect an instant miracle but I know you're recovery will be a process. Just use this opportunity to enjoy being back in the saddle. Always loved and still love your content and I'm so happy to see you doing what makes you happy. Stay blessed. Nuff love from Jamaica.♥️🇯🇲

So nice to read your kind feedback, I really appreciate it!🙏❤️ Well, I have really had a great boost in my confidence regarding my health and physique these last 3 months!😍 I have had great help by my family, and several specialists lately, and have truly found my path, and I must admit that it’s funny to experience that my current health is probably better than it was in my “teens”..😄 So working out regularly, doing my workouts smart and correctly, has resulted in a very positive spiral upwards, as a very nice rewarding situation compared to the heavy fall I experienced last fall and winter!😍🥳 I’m just taking it a bit slow, not to over do stuff these days, trying out my abilities while I push a bit to find out what I may manage to endure.🙃 So I’m back to Haehre in the end of October, about 12 months after I fell out!🤩 Really looking forward to be a part of a team again, these last weeks with some hours at work has been thrilling and fun!😍 Only looking forward now, and I’m really happy that you keep following my journey!🙏😊

Thank you!🙏😊 Well, there is no other option for me, I don’t want to just give up!😅 As I have been at home for 10 months now, I really realize how much my job means to me, I truly miss being a part of a team. I could probably apply for disability insurance, but I really don’t want that!😄 My fight against the disease is first and foremost motivated by my family, but I really need something for myself to fight for as well, and find the thoughts about going back to work as very inspiring!😊 Thanks for following my return, it means a lot to me!🙏🙂

Hey!🙂 As i have finally started to get in shape, my employer and I have started to plan my return!😊 And I must say that I am very satisfied and humbled, by the fact that I have been given the opportunity to choose a great deal myself!🥳 I must say that I do have a great employer, they are really caring and understanding, and at the same time very good at motivation and inspiration as well!😍 We will probably take it a bit slow when I return, so I might do some half shifts( 1week of 12 hour days), to find out how I manage that at first. So I might operate some smaller machines in the beginning, but I have made it clear that I really want to jump in where I left in the first place!😅 And I made that statement, since I have been informed that it might be a 395 available for me, if I would want it..🤪🙃
