💪💪💪 woohoo, all done! I didn't know my biceps couldn't quite handle heavy weights I normally use for upper body workouts, so I ended up switching to lower weights a lot especially in the beginning 😊 Good job everyone!

Im still getting use to what is heavy for my arms, vs back, vs chest vs legs. Heavy in arms for me is not very heavy. I love round the world. Thank you HR.

Heavy is heavy! I couldn't do ANY weight when I started. Now I can do 10# set for around the world! Don't ever put down what you can achieve. Only compare yourself to who you were yesterday!❤

Loved this WO! I was like 'ok my legs are truly resting today' but then the arms WO caught up with the legs WO from yesterday lol. Def see more definition on my arms after all these strength training WO's Heather. Give it a try for those still contemplating if they should do this haha!

This was deceivingly difficult. I definitely hit failure/had to drop weights in all three muscle groups. Completed this yesterday and triceps are really feeling it, biceps too. Thanks for a great week of workouts, Heather!!! 😊

Oh my gosh, I have never pushed my arms to this level of fatigue. I actually let out a whimper during that last round 😂 This week has been such a great series of workouts. I am looking forward to getting my sweat on tomorrow! Assuming I'm able to lift my arms, hahaha!!! Thanks, Heather ❤
