Welcome to Day 47 of my 100-day challenge! I started my day at 5 AM with a refreshing lemon water, followed by an intense workout. I've revamped my routine and included a new meditation session where I shared valuable tips and a powerful mantra. For breakfast, I made a delicious oatmeal and enjoyed watermelon and dragon fruit. Later, I read from "Vigyan Bhairav Tantra" and had a mouth-watering chickpea lunch - a must-try recipe included in the vlog. After some time with my singing bowl, I prepared a flavorful mushroom and tofu dish with masala oats, also sharing the recipe.
