Yes sometimes I feel like she is working like machine.ghar bahar job bcche ki pdhai cooking and all..she really need break but we don't know about her finance condition so can't say anything..with such lot of work stress hormone always live high so loosing weight difficult..hm sbki yhi story h sbka dhyaan rkhte khud ka nh rkh pate but hme selfish hona chahiye first priority khud ko then other..jb hm better honge to sbke lie better kr paenge..Mai to ghar k kaam krke hi thak jati .Hats off h working women ko ❤

Aap Shankh bajaiye.. Bohut strength milega lungs mai.. aur morning mai 10 min slowly and deep breathing krna hai 3:3:6 ratio mai.. 3 sec mai inhale then 3 sec hold and then release in 6 sec.. believe me you will feel very relaxed day by day.
