What separates me from others in this space is that I actually live what I talk about. I'm a firm believer in putting myself in the fire first before presenting anything as truth. A lot of people can tell you what to do, but only a few can truly show you from experience.
Times weren't always peaches & cream for me. About 6 years ago, I packed my car and my clothes and decided to embark on an 800-mile quest from Philadelphia, PA to begin a new life in Atlanta, GA. When I arrived, I quickly learned the harsh reality and demands of adulthood, and I found myself sleeping in my car. It was crunch time, and I was under intense pressure to make ends meet. With hard work, dedication, and an unwavering desire to succeed, I was able to use my God-given athletic ability to offer personal fitness training. However, as good of an idea as it seemed, the money wasn’t rolling in as quickly as I expected.
Once again, I found myself faced with the daunting task of building my reputation and business from the ground up, and I held free fitness boot camp classes all over the city before I made any real money. I was able to gain the trust and support of complete strangers to test my techniques, and their results were outstanding. My clients took to social media with their life-changing testimonies, along with before and after pictures showing off their new bodies, and creating a buzz for me as a young entrepreneur. But I wanted more, so I looked to help more people.
That desire led me to open my first gym in Atlanta, GA 'Phlexx Fitness' years ago, and from there with a lot of hard work, discipline, and consistency I was able to build my empire so to speak. I wanted to keep my core values at the heart of my business - respect, loyalty, commitment, responsibility, and excellence - so I always strived to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere for anyone that has come in contact with me or any of my brands. Today, I offer motivational content relevant to all walks of life. I understand how society has failed people in the sense that antiquated processes just don’t fit the climate anymore.

Absolutely love the motivation! I’m on day 10 and I feel amazing! The first few days was rough but I owe it to myself to stick to the plan. The reward will be soooo worth it! Thank you for allowing God to use you as a vessel! My spirit led me to you and now I’m closer to God than I’ve ever been🙏🏽

Hello Chivon Leggett. 1. When you eat fruit - then you get solids and liquids into the body, now the body emits these solids and liquids, the liquids come out as urine, and the solids can come out directly from the mouth, after chewing and thereby save their decay and stench if they are swallowed. And the solids and liquids are secreted back because they need to be returned to their root, so that the root will yield them to be fruit anew. We feed on the microbiome in the fluids, not the fluids themselves. Therefore, you need to understand the importance of the next step: A. I have been raw vegan/vegan for about 6 years now, and im so happy to see successful black men doing this!!! You guys make it look so good!!! Keep going!!! I tried to get my family on board, and i had to stop because they were not ready, but if they could only hear this video, I'm sure they would give it a second thought. I may have made it look weird. You guys made it look real!!

@@Williamsivy000 Heyyy!!! I eat as much as i want and maintain weight pretty well. When im really hungry, i eat all through the day. Most of the times though, i stay hydrated and eat 2 big meals.

Omg yesssss our life is around foods! When you have kids it can be difficult. I don't want my kids to go vegan/vegetarian. They don't eat red meat they eat chicken, and turkey, if they get red meat probably when they go over they grandma house, or when I treat them with pizza. I explained to her they my family doesn't ear red meat. It's 6 of us in my family. Me, my husband, and 4 kids I am the only one that's vegetarian so it can be challenging! Holidays are the worst fr. But that's why I confind in KZbin for guidance and help to keep me on track I lost 200lbs within almost 4yrs. I've gained some one thing for sure I'll never give up I'll go harder. Cravings of good foods will come and it's hard to mentally fight it. But I'm back on track.

One of my biggest questions is where did you get the fruit from? Was it just your local market? Also, did you eat bananas, if so where they the regular bananas we see by like… dole or something? Did you go for organic fruit only? Appreciate you 👑

I got fruit from Whole Foods and Farmers markets. I didn’t eat bananas except for a few times and they were burro bananas from a framers market

Yh fruits n veg from mainstream supermarkets etc are most likely GMO with pesticides.. if u Wana do organic u can home grow them or go to a farmer but they are all still better than nothing x

This means that I found a method to stop the aging process and return to a young body.

Peace and Greetings to you. I send you positive energy and thoughts of well being on your journey. Some good veggies to eat raw are kale, mushrooms, romaine and butter lettuce, arugula and red and green cabbage. There are also fruits that we were taught were vegetables, but are actually fruits. Avocado, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Tomatillos, Squash, Okra and Zucchini. Try zucchini noodles with a vegan dressing. Chop up some okra. I love it. Never knew okra could be so tasty raw. Of course broccoli and cauliflower. Try them all and see what your taste and body respond well to.. Experiment with spices and different recipes. I'm 23 years vegetarian, 6 year vegan. 18 days mostly raw. 8 days fully raw. You can do it!!!! #EatingToLive #EnjoyTheJourney #WholeFoodsHeal #OurBodiesSpeakToUs Be well!!!

In my opinion if you can’t get organic then try to get your fruit from a good local farmers market. Also in my opinion if you find a good farmers market some of thier non organic fruit could be better than a big chain stores organic fruit. I didn’t eat organic all the time.

Hello J.A. G. . 1. One should eat fruits and not plant parts. Because a plant is meant to live while a fruit is meant to revive. Therefore if you eat parts of plants it will corrupt them and along the way it will corrupt you too. Because there is a law who corrupts is corrupt. 2. When you eat fruit - then you get solids and liquids into the body, now the body emits these solids and liquids, the liquids come out as urine, and the solids can come out directly from the mouth, after chewing and thereby save their decay and stench if they are swallowed. And the solids and liquids are secreted back because they need to be returned to their root, so that the root will yield them to be fruit anew. We feed on the microbiome in the fluids, not the fluids themselves. Therefore, you need to understand the importance of the next step: A. Do not swallow the solids, because these solid fibers will rot in the body and become a smelly and unnecessary pollution. And if you swallow the solids then they will be mixed in your body, solids of several different fruits and they will not be able to go back to being one fruit again. It's like a child born with an extra leg from the stomach... we become a mutation. Solid fruits, whose liquids do not become clear from the solids when chewed, and are therefore less suitable for humans to swallow, are fruits such as banana, avocado and mango. On the other hand, fruits such as apples, oranges, melons, pomegranates are fruits in which only the liquids can be swallowed, while the solids accumulate in the mouth and cannot be swallowed. And therefore what fruits are suitable for humans. There are several types of melons in different colors and flavors, so you can diversify eating melons. B. Eat one fruit and not eat another fruit unless the previous fruit has been digested and its urine excreted. @@learn_nature Beautifully written logic. I've thought a lot about this myself while eating mostly fruits, especially oranges and grapes. My husband and I talked about it one day that it makes sense to bite into the fruit, suck out the juice and return the fibers to the soil to become another fruit tree (along with the urine). This is the foundation of my logic in building a food forest. But you've brought it to another level and have written what I've been pondering about since eating raw and almost 100% fruit. Thanks again for this write up. Now I have something new to test on myself.

TO @@thejourneytoeden7486 : Your response made me very happy :) I don't drink water, because I only eat the liquid of the fruit, and not any fruit either. Because there are fruits whose solids are mixed with the liquids so that when chewed the solids are also swallowed.
