About this channel: My name is Gee Bryant, and I’m the Founder of the Global online fitness company 'X28' - x28fitness.com & x28nutrition.com. I’m also the owner of The Loft Athletic Club, one of the country's most recognized independent fitness facilities.
To date, I'm a health & fitness expert, author, artist, CEO, & motivational speaker who has physically, mentally, and spiritually transformed hundreds of thousands of lives in my career.
I've acquired my study through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as being a nationally accredited health & fitness coach through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. I'm also a certified Integrative Neuro-Linguistic Practioner & my current studies include Holistic Nutrition via the American Fitness Professionals & Associates.
What separates me from others in this space is that I actually live what I talk about. I'm a firm believer in putting myself in the fire first before presenting anything as truth. A lot of people can tell you what to do, but only a few can truly show you from experience.
Times weren't always peaches & cream for me. About 6 years ago, I packed my car and my clothes and decided to embark on an 800-mile quest from Philadelphia, PA to begin a new life in Atlanta, GA. When I arrived, I quickly learned the harsh reality and demands of adulthood, and I found myself sleeping in my car. It was crunch time, and I was under intense pressure to make ends meet. With hard work, dedication, and an unwavering desire to succeed, I was able to use my God-given athletic ability to offer personal fitness training. However, as good of an idea as it seemed, the money wasn’t rolling in as quickly as I expected. Once again, I found myself faced with the daunting task of building my reputation and business from the ground up, and I held free fitness boot camp classes all over the city before I made any real money. I was able to gain the trust and support of complete strangers to test my techniques, and their results were outstanding. My clients took to social media with their life-changing testimonies, along with before and after pictures showing off their new bodies, and creating a buzz for me as a young entrepreneur. But I wanted more, so I looked to help more people. That desire led me to open my first gym in Atlanta, GA 'Phlexx Fitness' years ago, and from there with a lot of hard work, discipline, and consistency I was able to build my empire so to speak. Through intense personal growth and self-development, I’ve been able to build and sustain several successful business ventures online and offline - including X28, and The Loft Athletic Club. I took the lessons that shaped my accomplishments and now use them to help whoever comes across my messages. I don’t believe in fluff; I give it to you raw. This approach enables me to empower you to find your own strength and to find your truth and unlock the greatness that’s been buried deep inside you. Loneliness is an illusion. "I will never leave you or forsake you" is what Our Father has stated so....we are never alone. The appearance of loneliness is only the beckoning of what used to transpire when you felt alone. Ignore it. Focus on the gift of one on one time with ABBA and learning more about you, your power and the world you are creating. This was a very dope message that I resonate with on a deep level. When you said leave for 3 months and go be alone I truly felt that. I struggled with a powdered cocaine addiction for 17 years. The last 12 was a full blown addiction. My life was falling apart. My health was falling apart. I continued to call out to the Most High to take this addiction away from me. But God moves on God's time. The Spirit was telling me to leave my environment and go to a foreign land to get myself together. I left my hometown in Dallas, Tx and moved all the way to Tampa, Fl. All I had was $125 a hammock to sleep in, a $10 gym membership at Planet Fitness to shower, a $45 dollar storage unit and my WILL to overcome the self destructive tendencies. I was practically homeless. I ended up finding a job one week later and was able to finally clean up and get my shit together. 4 months ago I was a habitual cocaine addict. 3 months later I am completely sober, confident and grounded in my new routine and reality. All because I made the frightening decision to leave everyone and everything behind for 3 months to focus on myself and my life mission.

God been calling me to do this for 2-3 years now and I kept putting it off or I tried it and only got to day 5 and quit but I’m tired of quitting! Today is my 36th birthday and I been on my internal spiritual journey going on 9 months no dating semen retention and I have cut all distractions off and haven’t been on social media going on 5 months now. For some reason I believ I came across your content for a reason a lot of the things you spoke on I’ve experienced on my journey. I been haven with draws and began to question my self like “ am I making the right decision doing what I’m doing” “what am I doing” than the voice inside me speaks and tell me to trust the process this is all apart of the process. Yo, I never felt like I fit in and when I tried I always found myself being fake or overextending. So I deleted all of my presence on social media from fb to linkedin. I just blocked and deleted 50% of the people I called friends and even some family. I am now realizing all that truly matters is how much I enjoy my own company. This was powerful! Thanks for sharing. Being chosen, and in solitude is challenging at first, but its so necessary to silence all of the outside noise. I literally deleted all social media, got completely sober, cleaned and organized everything in my space so I have no distractions, and I can focus solely on my relationship with God. My isolation began 4/7/21 at first it was tough but then I started embracing and enjoying my journey despite the obstacles that come along my path. I've been awoken to my spiritual journey going on 5 years now. The first half of it was very confusing and painful as i began letting go of things and people that no longer served me and my path. The last 2 1/2yrs i have been in solitude! Very humbling experience as you learn about the self, working through traumas and wounding. Just me, my higher self and GOD. It has just been revealed to me that i am a chosen one and a healer which further explains my journey and helps better understand my calling. This is the craziest thing...I just simply started saying in my quiet time to the Lord, that I was chosen because He has me alone for a very long time and it came out of the blue. I have been by myself for almost 5 years and didn't understand why my marriage ended so abruptly and why I found out things so fast for which had somewhat of a cover until He exposed the matter by not exposing it, if that makes any sense. I'm in a place by being all alone but I see that those we surround ourselves with, sometimes are the ones that we should never have let in our personal space, even some family. I'm praying for growth because at this point, it was so abrupt, it's a ball of confusion as to how can I move on? However, this is the time where God has to just be God and I must follow!

During my isolation periods I went through the most growth. I have removed most people and had to replace them with purposed people with the same beliefs. I have had to grieve people actions and things but its all for Gods glory. There is a bigger plan emerging.
