Superb and very useful for all who wants to remainfit through yoga.. i m doing ur 21 day session but in my pace balancing without holdi g somewhere in the last trikonasan like pose is challenging but sure by regular practice i will achieve it.. i owe all my gratitude to you🙏🙏🙏
