Oh the savasana at the end was really soothing with the rain 😍 If it was for me you could even extend it to a minute or so (and/or play a little gong sound at the end to prepare for the spooky ads 😂) - but that’s a nano suggestion to your amazing videos, I keep recommending them again and again. I couldn't either and this morning it seemed to happen a lot more easily. Still not in a full headstand but both feet were off the ground and I held it for a few seconds. I'm buzzing!!!! 😊

Finally was able to get tripod stand!! My goodness was I excited I thought my head just wasn't strong enough I've always had to use the basket method! I put my head down and started with my knees on my elbows almost like crow and then I lifted each leg up into the air and I dont think I ever have surprised myself more 😊❤️ thank you for all that you do!!

Doing this one day behind after spending 16hs on planes yesterday. My body needed the movement and I think I was closer to being able to lift my feet from the ground during headstand, which didn't seem possible when we did it for the first time in this challenge. I love experimenting new poses and challenges with you 😊😊 i just wish that you would spend more time at the end of the class unwinding . I just pause the video and do some spine twists for my back ( since im a bit sensitive there and we do alot of back bends) before settling for savasana with you 😊

I can do head stand when I do it like ... Start out kinda like crow and then slowly get one leg up ... But I keep flipping over lol but I've never even been able to get one leg up !!! Let alone a second or 2 before flipping !!! I love ur step by step into the hard stuff !!! Ty so much for your videos!!!
