I'm starting this 30 day challenge in september but i've been enjoying it a lot! I've been having some cervical and back pain because i didn't have a workout routine and my job is quite demanding in those areas but since i've started this challenge, i don't feel the pain anymore!! Thank you Hannah😍

I used to practice yoga but due to some problems I stopped. I never thought I'd lose my balance so easily after that but here I am lol. It was an amazing workout tho. I feel so light now ❤ thanks a lot!

I feel my body’s balance is different everyday and at different moments. It tends to be more challenging when I’m hungry 😂 Hope you enjoyed this one x
