My body + mind have enjoyed this daily core challenge experience. My lower chakras are opening more which has been helping to support the upper chakras after a lifetime of closed off foundation from trauma. I meet enlightened abundant alignment. Thank you thank you thank you

I made it!!!!!! You’re my favorite teacher that I’ve found so far here on KZbin because some people will be like “ this practice is beginner friendly” and then go “hold a chair pose for 3 minutes”. Your insight on how to build the strength I need for crow pose was just the advice I’ve been looking for and the challenge kept me motivated. I’m so excited for the new challenge tomorrow Thank you Nico!

I did it! Can’t quite do the crow in any capacity but I can now do the lower myself all the way down into the squat. I definitely feel stronger

Thank you for this 7 day challenge! This core challenge was awesome! Challenges like these really help get me to the mat every day. ❤ I am a fairly new subscriber to your channel and I find your manner and guidance soothing in my practice. One thing that I have been working on in the last several months is balance. I'm pretty clumsy in life so balance poses are particularly difficult for me. Could you do a balance challenge (I mean mostly standing poses . I am nowhere near inverted balance poses.). Thank you again for such a strenght-building challenge! 😊

Thanks for the modification on how to get into crow pose using the blocks. I have wanted to learn this pose for sometime now and haven’t been able to catch it from the floor. I’m sure to practice with the blocks and will report back my success. Thanks Nico!

I did this challange over the course of a couple weeks as part of a larger conditioning program, and I honestly can see my obliques coming in for the first time ever 😭❣ 7 in a series is a great number, thanks Nico

I finished the challenge!! And I've never gotten into crow pose using blocks like you showed here before, but that was a good modification! Going to work on jumping into crow now, heh. 😅

I made it and my borderline migraine/headache feels like it’s almost gone. I was a little worried I might not make it to the mat but I did. I had never actual tried crow pose with guided steps for more than a few seconds and I’m proud of myself for trying. This was so lovely and I hope to keep building my core strength. Thank you Nico for creating this! 🌼

I have done this twice 🙌🏽 Feel much stronger , thank you. I would suggest a beginners inversion challenge or pre inversion preparation.
