Could you please do a workout for like really strong abs because I can’t find any video that will do the trick to burn my abs

I used to write alot of my own abs workout that used to kill and I found combining exercises together often worked best like for example 4reverse crunches into a flutter raise and do this for 50 seconds with 10 second rest with some more common exercises generally did about 20 to target all areas but also even with these kinds of workouts where able to add a dumbbell into the mix especially with the lower abs as it takes more effort and stability thus engaging the core more hope that helps

Hi Cydney, thanks a lot for your comment! This workout is indeed a bit slower so maybe that’s why. But we have sooo many workouts that are intense, you should check those out and let us know if you manage to feel the burn 🔥
