Im on day 10 and already seeing results in my thighs. This is about to become a lifestyle never have i seen changes in my body so quickly after doing a workout

Honestly been feeling results throughout my body for a few days.. been pairing these workouts with an hour of walking on the treadmill each day except for Saturdays.. loving it!

Pilates really changed my view of working out. I used to go to the gym and it was always about working harder. Pilates is so much more mindful. Thank you so much.

Finished day 9! Yesterday I couldn't do the workout because I had chemotheraphy but today i pushed myself and here i am. Thank you Hannah❤ Love you

i was starting to lag today and put off the workout til very late in the evening but boy am i glad i pushed on through! feeling so much more in tune with my body and mind thank you :))))))
