I CAN believe I did it because Chris Dorner is an amazing motivator! ❤🎉 I do my workouts in the evening because they help my body to relax after I cool down. Since starting this 30 day program, I've gotten my best sleep in years. And Fitbit says so too. 😁

Very proud of myself. Mainly for sticking with it when I fell behind!. I used this HIIT as a warm-up before doing Day 8 arms. I may do this again with Legs tomorrow. I'll be caught up in no time! Chris, I'm loving this series. Doing a couple bite size classes is way more fun than doing an hour stretch, but I'll get there!

Hello Chris! I’m not new to HIIT, as I’ve been exercising with you for years and love all the combination of exercises you put together. Today I came home tired and deflated but w/full intention to exercise one way or another. This beginners HIIT routine was perfect for me today! It got me to move for 18 min with a great instructor which is what I needed today. Thank you Chris!

I just love this program. I'm not a beginner but this program is amazing. It's keeping me on track for regular daily exercise and my back pain is subsiding a bit. Wow I am so proud of myself! I always work out at the start of my day and don’t usually manage a workout on a Wednesday due to other commitments. I’m in the U.K. and a day behind because I work out at 6am. I wanted to keep up with consistent training every day, so I’ve fitted this workout in at the end of the working day. I’m not new to exercise so turned up the intensity and am proud to have done it! Loving this programme and the determination I have to complete the workout each day 🙏🎉❤️

I am proud of my daughter for achieving 9 DAYS IN A ROW Just like other's here I'm not a beginner but I'm introducing my daughter to exercise and this is perfect place to start make her strong keep her mobility and flexibility and learn that this is for Life and she is enjoying it some days are harder than others for her but she battles through. Like others on here I'm not a beginner but I'm recovering from surgery and I have to lighten it up a bit. So these workouts are perfect. I'm doing ALL of them but I'm adding in other workouts as well i.e. weight, pilates, cardio etc. Yesterday I felt a bit sore from prior workouts and so today's workout with an added on stretch just made me feel so good!
