Morning. I did both rounds at high intensity 🎉 Wednesday is a busy day and I wouldn’t normally fit a workout in - even a 20 min one! Set my alarm a bit earlier and had this one in the bag by 5.50am. Energised and ready for the day. Thank you for all you do Chris 🙏💪

I'm returning after a week of being sick and recovering. I didn't want to work out, but I didn't have any excuse, so I stayed for both sets! I'm starting over today. 😊

2nd round- increased weight for shoulder press & side bends

I did it all, baby! 💪🏻😂 Because my left arm is weaker than my right, I did this: squat down, up both arms, squat down, up with just left arm, etc. Hopefully that will help me balance my strength. Also, I did the punches slowly so I could control the movement of my left arm better. It's a sneaky arm, wants to use momentum. 🤣
