Hi Alice! Once thank you Just 10 days following your hypo practice I am glad to say that the incipient superficial varicous veins in my legs have incredibly improved and are on the way to disappear Going on further 🙏🤗

Thank you for all your videos. What do you think of hand/head stands for prolapse? Is there a hypopressive for that?

I've found elevating the pelvis for an inversion is great (bridge / head down quadruped), but I wouldn't attempt a vacuum in a hand or head stand!!

Hi Alice, I’m going through lift again before the new challenge. I have a question. Is it common to feel a loss of connection sometimes with you pf?

Hi Pembie, if you've meaning that in some poses you feel more shift / lift than others, and other poses are just harder and you've not really conscious of what your pelvic floor is going then yes! The pelvic floor and diaphragm synergy is going to be happening in the background, so even if you're not feeling a connection - it is responding automatically!

HI Alice, I felt this a lot in my mid back. Does that indicate diaphragm tightness, or maybe just poor posture? It was a good one, definitely a little more challenging, thank you!

Hi Katie, unfortunately it's difficult to say without watching what you're doing - but it could be your alignment in the poses. Make sure your ribs are stacked over your pelvis in the poses and that you're not arching your back. Alice x
