I am so lucky! You just randomly appeared in my recommended videos Sunday morning. I subscribed after watching one video and I've been plowing through all of your content ever since. I love your hair, I love your face, I love your voice. Your outfits are so cheerful and pretty and your nails are perfection! I love your teaching style, you are a natural born teacher. I love how you snuggle a cat and then dump it on the floor. I do the same thing!!! I love your collection of colored kneaded erasers. I had no idea colors were even available, I have two gray ones but maybe I'll pick up some colored ones for my Christmas stocking. I love that you use a simple palette that many of us would already have and a single brush, that is really amazing. I'm an art supply junkie and there are hundreds of brushes on my work table but I'm going to try selecting and using just one. The thought and care you put into this Inktober collection of lessons is nothing short of amazing and I appreciate every hour you spent putting it together.

@@audreyshantzart I forgot to mention how refreshing it is to see an artist using Canson watercolor paper. I have all the fancy cotton papers but I still love Canson. Enjoy that big head for the rest of the day.😊

This is probably my favorite so far.. love the colors.. they make me smile! I think because you are newer to painting you have more patience and are so good at inspiring us to do it our way and experiment. This was a great lesson on water.. need to work on that. Thank you so much❤️❤️

This has been my favorite so far. I was in Sedona, AZ, and loved that I could really stop and look at the many cacti along our hikes. Your videos have made me observe the details of so many plants that I usually would have walked past without noticing.

Thank you, thank you! I appreciate how you are teaching the “rules” but are not precious about them and so encourage us to do our own thing. I am almost 60 years old and if you told me I had to do it a certain way, I’m afraid I’d struggle as I have a bit of a rule breaker personality😜

Such a fun series! I'm afraid I got a bit behind so today I did Day #5 (that darn pumpkin, 2nd attempt, still needs work). Also did 6 through today, day 9. Pretty much neglected all other life! Lol! I'm obsessed and love it so much. Got the paint set on prime day...love them. Thank you for being so all around awesome...you make learning something new a whole lot of fun!

Argh wet-on-wet my newly-discovered nemesis haha! It was good to practice it over and over on each section of a cactus though, loads of room to experiment and learn! I'm getting thin lines at the edges of the things I paint when they dry - is that supposed to happen or is my paint:water ratio off?

Sometimes those lines can mean you have a little more water than you need, but it's hard to say without seeing it. Keep experimenting! My kitchen nemesis is cling wrap. Love that you have a painting nemesis. You'll win, just keep at it!

Awesome, I'll keep experimenting and with everything I'm learning from you for inktober I'm convinced I'll conquer it 😊 cling film has a mind of it's own haha, I wrap my head in it when I'm dying my hair and it's like trying to wrestle smoke 😂
