I’m playing catch up again,…. I was laid off and behind in everything and finally got back to work only to break my ankle. Things here have been rough. I’m a single (widowed) mom with two kids and now no income. 😭Glad to have your videos to put a little sunshine in my day!

Something I recently discovered after decades of migraines is that lemons and other citrus fruits can be a trigger. I recently made a big batch of fresh lemonade and after three days of migraines wondered if there could possible be a connection. Googled it and low and behold turns out there is a chemical in citrus that can be a trigger if you happen to be sensitive to it.

I had chronic migraines for many many years. Dehydration and low magnesium causes them. Lower your caffeine intake because it’s dehydrating. Increase your water and take magnesium. It will greatly help or end the migraines. God bless you.

When my grandson was 3 he told me he loved me because I have blonde hair (it's grey and white), a big smile and a nice squishy belly to hug. It was the best compliment I ever received. I just watched a documentary about a Hutterite Colony filmed in 1999. Your colony looks a lot more modern and 'up to date' with cameras, cellphones, daycare, washing machines etc, compared to that colony in 1999 :)

I thought from the Headline that you were looking after your Grandmother. One thing you rarely talk about is the older people. I am 72 so I am very interested in how your older people spend their time. At the moment I try and do my washing when the sun is shining because with PV electricity it is then free. Prices of electricity are rising here so every little helps. I have been going every morning to water my veggie plot. We have had almost no rain since May. God finally took a turn watering yesterday, so today I did some muck spreading instead. (We have a large pile of manure.) I am currently doing well with courgettes (zucchini) beans and raspberries. Our first apple tree is just finishing. The variety Discovery is very early. Your gladioli are gorgeous, I am into Dahlias at the moment they flower for such a long time. David Howard is so beautiful. And American Dawn is gorgeous. It is frustrating that we cannot post pictures here. Your river pics looks very nice.

In regards to the migraine headaches, they can be caused by hormones as well. Most times after we women finish with our menopause the migraines are gone. My Neurologist told me that years ago, luckily it was true for me.

That time in daycare is precious!! When you make the bread, cut off the top, and chop it into cubies for the dip. Also, carefully cut a bowl out of the bread, leaving sides and bottom about 2 inches thick and cut that into cubes also and use for dip.

That was our second crop of peas the first ones were ugly and didn't do much...mosquitoes in the evenings are horrible during the day not so much unless you are on a walk. 😊
