Hi Nishitha, First of all, I'm impressed with the way you engaged the audience. But, I suggest you to explain more about your BA Role and also Pros and Cons of the role. I hope BA is not such an easy job and we need to handle lot of multi-tasking with many more activities. You can explain how you got the role and the difference between ur initial days of BA and Current day as BA, What kind of Projects you handle, how any team members included, Time gap and relaxation period between project to Project. If you could provide much more info it could be helpful for everyone

Hey Nishitha, Just got a BA role and I am tasked with integrating all the company's data into a database. I know how to use SQL queries but I don't know how to create a DB. Is there a way I can create one with any cloud provider or can I create my own inhouse database on a local server? Can you please tell me which company do you work for and what are the timings and what days of the week? I heard that many companies are monday to friday and 9-5 but they are just for name sake in reality they have to even work more than 12-14 hours a day and even on holidays they have to be on laptops to reply mails and be there for any problem meaning that there is no work life balance. I saw these reviews on glassdoors of so many big MNC's and it cannot be a coincidence that most talk about bad work life. Maybe your company is too good and maybe you live in Canada, but I would love to know.
