Do you not think it’s slightly detrimental to mental health to just ‘get fixed’ the insecurities we have? These changes are totally normal to our bodies and everyone goes through them. We need to build mental resilience and I actually believe it goes against self love to just think about surgery when we don’t like something about ourselves. You look so goood!!🥰

I think since you grew up in the influencer era it’s easy to compare because you see perfection so much that your not around actual everyday normal bodies. As a mom who has a 1 year old I would die to have to your body! Your also so you young I think you should give yourself much more grace and kindness :)

When you talk about falling asleep for so many hours and having insecurities about your body I relate so much I just woke up from an accidental 12 hour sleep and happened to not like any of my outfits and I’m currently on a trip so it made me feel better you were experiencing the same. Especially cause most people struggle to sleep it’s more normalised to sleep shorter hours

Crazy you mention body insecurities bc I was just telling my boyfriend about that earlier. I was trying on outfits for date night and wasn’t feeling anything. I told him I just wish I had hips and more curve to me because I have no hips at all and he told me if I don’t like my body try working out but working out won’t give you hips. He’s a guy so he doesn’t understand and he loves everything about me but I just hate the way I look and I wish I didn’t. 😣😣 it’s nice to hear someone relate.
