Lived in Thong Lo (Thonglor) for a month a few weeks ago. When I booked my condo, I had no idea how affluent the neighborhood was; I was amazed at the low price of the condo. Only when walking to 7-11 off Thong Lo 25 and seeing all the Range Rovers, BMWs, and Mercedes did I realize how affluent the neighborhood was; and I had previously stayed in Ekkamai, which I thought was really nice.

Paul, I’m a Japanese American who lives in the U.S. I highly recommend you make more vids targeted for Asian American youth and milleniels. We are leaving the U.S. en masse due to racism , economic inequality, etc etc. but for many of us it’s the reckoning of our place in the U.S.- we have no place here. The United States is not meant for us. Since the ASEAN countries are highly developed now, we can leave.

I love your videos I think I picked the right place for me to live when I go to Thailand I'm going to be attending school there to become a filmmaker screenwriter anything that comes with films I want to do that all over there there's so much I love about the country I love their language their positive things the meditation with the monks I love it there I want to live there I wish I was there right now right now I'm feeling like anxiety and depression and overthinking too much I need a vacation and if I love the country that I will live there have you also heard that I ran on social media that they legalize LGBT the same-sex marriage bill but one of my friends say it's not ready yet said until wait until June so if it gets past then a lot of people from Thailand can be legally married which is great did they accept the rights of who you love who you choose and no matter where you came from I think this is the right place for me to live and it's perfect

Easy conversion is sq meter to feet is times 10. Baht to usd is times 3. Both hey you dang close

60 sq mt is right around 600 sq ft. And 100 baht is about $3. 200 baht is about $6. Celsius to Fahrenheit you double it and add 25. Hope this helped. 25°C would double it and add 25 so that’s 75°F

Great video, man. I will go check out Thing Lo Soi 10. I partied at a Thai club in Chiang Rai and it was amazing. Those girls behaved a lot different from those at Soi 11. Translation: not that I go looking for my next ex-wife in nightclubs, but if you land one there, chances of succeeding will be a lot higher. Also, your Thai sounds better and better everyday.
