Our first IUI didn't work, so in November we tried again! So what's it like getting an IUI? This is what a day looks like for us when we're going to the fertility clinic for an insemination! Acupuncture, waiting around, trips to the clinic, and lots of resting!

Allie I really struggled with 'distress intolerance' and feeling my emotions but I realised in therapy when you block bad ones you block all of them even the good ones. Remember it's okay to feel them, they are messages from your body to you. No matter what you feel you are always safe xxxx

This is so exciting! If it is positive we will be due date buddies. My last period was Oct25 and my insemination was November 8th 12 hours after my positive! Got my first positive November 18th.
