Congratulations to you!! I’ve done a search here on KZbin and so far you were able to provide the most succinct description of the position. I’m currently looking to pivot in this direction. I have over a decade of customer service experience and I have data analysis skills. If you had to guess, how much data analysis would you say your work involves and what tips would you give to a newbie just getting into this position?

I would say 15% data analysis. With my company I read a lot of Power BI reports. Networking on LinkedIn is a must! You can find so many positions and reach out to recruiters.

Definitely network! We looking at Customer Success roles whatever you see in the job description that you've done or have experience put that in your resume. Reach and add the recruiters of the company on LinkedIn. Reach out to them to show that you are interested.

Absolutely! Teaching is a very transferable skill. Definitely look for open roles on LinkedIn, and reach out to the recruiters if you see any roles you are interested in.

There are no certification required. Just any type of experience dealing with a book of business, escalations, and being able to present to different type of people such as executives.
