Pumpkin torte and homemade bread. The taste of autumn and comfort. My favourite is pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting but I must try this one you made. It looks so delicious as does everything you make. Love the walk through the garden with Kona. The trees lining the pathway take me back to childhood and happy memories. @@gisellewaldner9406 Have you tried cinnamon rolls with pumpkin? It's so yummy! Make your rolls as you did, but after rolling out, spread pumpkin puree on top, then add cinnamon, roasted pecans, and pumpkin pie spice. And if you love peanut butter, use a pb glaze on top rather than icing glaze. It's one thing I miss right now doing low carb lol

My sisters and I learned how to make cinnamon buns for the Jewish new year. We lol them with butter, cinnamon and sugar, pecan bits and small chocolate chips. I pain before we put the rolls in, the bottom is filled it’s butter, brown sugar and a whole pecan piece. We call it schneken

Hi Giselle, It's still raining here on-and-off too, but then we're just into spring here (Yes our seasons are opposite) and it's usually wetter here in Victoria's central highlands than most other places in Australia. I loved your 2nd baking video. Making bread at home is something I don't do often these days. Well, the store is just around the corner here... LOL ... I L.O.V.E. - LOVE cinnamon buns. Sticky buns I call them. Love them. I've never tried making them though, something to consider for a future bake I guess. It won't be long before the snow starts falling there, would that be late November, early December? It was early December when I was in Winnipeg. Early October in the mountains and Calgary though. Then you'll be looking for all those inside things to do, won't you! The children singing praises to God was lovely. Thank you for another interesting video Giselle, God bless all of you. It all depends last year our snow didn't start falling until December and in November we still have fairly warm days when we could go without jackets which was really weird usually we have snow that time, there is definitely something about a warm cinnamon bun covered in toffee❤....God bless you 😊

I always love your videos, specially love watching your videos when I can’t sleep which is about 2 o’clock in the morning. I find your videos so calming. Years ago when I first started out in my profession I was a bread baker for a small bread making bakery. My day started at 7:30 at night until 9 o’clock in the morning. It was a very long workday. It was myself and three other people. Baking kitchen is nowhere near as clean as yours.

We were blessed with about 3" of rain this past week. I think everyone breathed a sigh of sheer relief. In the early morning hours today a home not far from here caught on fire. My scanner was going off to summons 3 fire departments to the location. I've been thru a house fire so I know how terrifying it is for this family. We do not know the residents but we'd like to help them if possible, starting, though, with prayer.

My favourite part of this video was seeing the pumpkins in the field at the end! Yes, your baking is amazing! But, living in Texas, I have never seen pumpkins growing like this. Our ‘pumpkin patches’ are a bunch of pumpkins dumped on a lawn or in a parking lot. So seeing them in a real field is very exciting to me!
