Just subscribed! I been contemplating on which specialty I wanted to do after I finish school. I’m interested in critical care and I enjoyed my peds rotation. I got to go to the NICU twice, peds OR & peds med surge. I had the most fun during peds clinical. Now I have 5 more months left in my BSN program, graduating and at the same time turning 30 this summer 🥳🥳. This just motivated me to keep pushing. It’s been a challenging 4 years but also I’ve been doing well in it and this lets me know that all I have to do is keep going🥹. This video made me feel like maybe the struggle and the sacrifice was worth it. Anyway love seeing my Sistas thrive in their fields and career💕!

can nicu nurses get an associates degree? if so, how does the process work?

Yes, whether you have an ADN or BSN, once you graduate, and pass NCLEX you can become a NICU nurse, if that's your desired field to go into! 😊
