Seeing part of your training regime you seem mostly doing strongman training, which I think fits your bodytype greatly! One advise is to mix in a little yoga and pilates for flexibility since farming takes a great toll on ligament and joints. Keep working on life balance and trust that a life lived in the pursuit of a noble goal is a life of purpose - which studies have shown is a key indicator of longevity :).

This was really interesting and really helpful. But damn you work hard! I won’t be working anywhere near as hard once I get my property, but this shows me that it can be done without being out there constantly. I have a chronic illness and will need to rest at least a few hours a day. But I can see that as long as I plan things well and make sure I don’t have more animals than I can handle (or need), the majority of the work fits into morning chores and evening chores, with the odd extra check or tlc for a sick animal and sometimes a building project. I also don’t need mine to be a business, I’ll just be raising my food. If you can manage it with working 8 hours a day, I can manage it without working. So, thanks! I needed that! Merry Christmas to you both 🎄😊
