Excellent video which shows that what you do defines how you feel and not what you think!

This is really good, thanks for sharing! As a full time psychotherapist myself, in private practice, I feel like I can resonate with a lot of this. it t is really interesting to see the difference between how men and women work, especially in times of lockdown where I don't leave my house, and am working 5 clients a day and also balancing home learning...not as much energy to focus on my lovely slow miracle mornings;) So many golden nuggets in here and I cannot WAIT for it to be lighter at night so my after work walk isn't in the dark! thanks for sharing!

great video. thanks for your honesty. moved to UK to do MSc Psychology last year and it's just been horrible. doing OK in terms of grades and love the course but mental & physical health has suffered a lot from these lockdowns. will take inspiration from you and focus on the things I can control. thank you

Really sorry to hear that Tom. It’s such a difficult time right now. Just remember you’re doing amazing for sticking in there, and succeeding it sounds! Keep at it!

@@GetPsyched thanks mate I appreciate it. best of luck this year with the channel. I thought this style of content was great and enjoyed watching it. learned a lot. UK in general seems brutal on mental health with the cold, dark winters and what not but u make working here look achievable. have moved from Singapore so will take some getting used to lol. thanks again

This is such an informative, empowering channel! Keep up the awesome work :) I would be curious to know more about your professional training and how mental health treatment differs from continent (especially Europe/USA). I am from the states working on my PhD in Counseling Psych. Best of luck with everything. Looking forward to keeping up with the channel!

Thank you for the video. It makes me feel more motivated to wake up early and be more productive. I was wondering, is it possible that you could make a vlog specifically talking about the work as a psychologist ? Maybe insert some role-playing just to take a peek at how it is. I also know that psychologist have paperwork, so I maybe have that as well. I'd like to see how the work is because I'm interested. I like your vlog and I hope you make more in the future. Thank you !
