I want to work really hard and earn my real estate license. My question is What are the steps that I need to take to be a real estate agent? And what can I review and learn before I start real estate classes and start taking tests and quizzes. My dad has been a real estate agent and told me that vocabulary is important but he didn't say much more than that. Plz give me a detailed awnser please on helping me. How did you make 200 dollars that day? Does Redfin pay you on your showings??

Yes paid per tour. In major markets like Dallas Fort Worth, you get 60 per tour on weekends and weeknights up to 120 for each string of tours with a client. It adds up. Some weeks almost $1,000 and very part time.
