2:27 I notice a LOT of resellers use TOO much packing peanuts & bubble wrap ; making their packages BIGGER than they should be (costing them more money) . I wrap my items in cardboard once (carefully) then put it in a box - snug - YES even with ceramic items . I also make sure I have PLENTY of boxes-- ALL sizes - so I can just doulbe box something. I also only used recycle boxes - MAKE FRIENDS with someone at a CVS or a supermarket and ask them "when do you throw out your boxes?" . Trader Joes is really good about giving boxes away . But yeah - I have to CRINGE when I see some of these prissy resellers "ship with me" videos ! First they wrap the item in colored tissue paper , then some bubble wrap - THEN some packing peanuts , a card , a note , some other gibberish doo-dads ...LOL. My goodness it's a watse of energy and materials.

Over-packing also makes post office runs a hassle. And the post office makes new rules -- EVERY 6 MONTHS (documented - I am not making this up) . There are new "surcharges" on LENGTHS now - even as little as 28" long to certain states. So be careful. There are ways to get around bubble wrap and packing peanuts -- especially on items under $40.00 .

Yes the packing pants we use are biodegradable and we use them especially when people have more than 1 item but we don't use them all the time. However we buy our shipping supplies in bulk to save on costs.
