It is neat seeing a slightly longer video instead of a short, even though this was pretty short. As for replacing the toilet, I've got a couple that just can't be cleaned anymore. But, if the customer has one of the old style toilets, he might prefer getting things done in one flush as opposed to the new water saver toilets. I remember a time when folks would go to Canada to buy the old style toilets they were still available up there.

Great videos. Its interesting how you still use wax rings. Here in new Zealand everything is done with PVC and rubber pan connectors. But the outlets are mostly P pans rather than a straight s pan

@@BryanTorok yeah we have something here in new Zealand with the rubber ring pan connectors. Which are made from PVC with a rubber seal on the end that connects to the toilet pan and rubber fins that sit inside the cast iron pipe (although we don't really have cast iron pipe here that much) also works well with earthenware pipe.

You need to protect the toilet seat when rebuilding a tank. Lay a towel across the seat so it doesn’t get scratched. The rubber washer doesn’t go under the nut and metal washer that secures the tank bolts to the tank, they go under the bowl with a metal washer and nut.

How can I solve my low pressure flush on my toilet? I have a Koehler 2014 - 2016 model: I tried a 25’ auger snake, didn’t clear any blockages. I cleaned the old toilet prior to replacing it with a brand new one as I thought the internals could have been played out and or the holes could have been blocked by lime and mineral deposit. I’ve checked both “stink pipes” on the roof there were no visible blockages in them either. I have people who rent there and they used to flush sanitary wipes down the toilet. They since have stopped. Could my blockages be at or near the septic tank inlet? The toilet also gurgles on the refill which leads me to believe it is clogged to some degree. The toilet in the other bathroom is losing flush power as well, but still gets the job done. (Both toilets are on the first floor, the basement is partially finished and the septic is closer to the weak toilet)
