ants-bbq-cookout.ck.page/596b1439f1 I've met a lot of people who say they love to watch the BBQ Story documentaries while they're prepping and cooking meat for service. So I figured I'd put them together in multi episode sets so people don't get blood and guts on their phones/remote controls trying to flip through episodes lol Next week Season 3 Episode 1 will go live with Texas Monthly’s best Texas BBQ in Nashville, Shotgun Willie’s. Almost done with the edit and I can’t wait for y’all to see it! Take care, y’all 🤠

I would never have guessed I would ever be crying watching a video on BBQ. Great job on capturing the passion of people with dreams. It really is more than smoking meat it’s the energy of love, joy, and passion transferred into food. Thank you for sharing.

I've seen Cooper on several videos now and he is no doubt my favorite. After watching the video with Al from @EatMoreVegans, there is no way you couldn't love this family. If I ever make it to that part of Texas, Im going to eat there and sit on the porch and drink a beer or 12 with Coach!!

Watching from Australia. Learning as much as possible to start trialing at home. Once i'm happy going to open a Vietnamese influenced BBQ.

I gotta say, going from “we’re so busy during the week “ to “we re-trim the briskets we already trimmed” is insane hahah. Thats like something you say when your boss asks you what you’ve been doing and you have been on your phone all day. “Oh yeah boss, I restocked the stocked shelves” nonsense lol

I remember seeing this dude Lose to TNT BBQ when in all actuality he should have won but they wanted a black guy to win BBQ so bad on the show Byron, Myron whatever his name is has not opened a barbecue restaurant but this guy who can come up with all kind of dishes off the top of his head has a restaurant I love it

Over spending on pretentious BBQ cause they can't make regular brisket good is probably part of why BBQ prices are ridiculous now. That and the non-Texan tards who are willing to play ridiculous prices for it. Either way, ad an actual Texan BBQ lover what's been done to Texas BBQ breaks my heart. And it's mostly being done by non-Texans.
