I need to eat simply and quickly while traveling and fitting in workouts Your life style is similar with the focus on quick, working out and traveling. This is a huge help Natalie♥️ Thanks!

I like to switch out my protein sources and I like variety. I personally haven't experienced any negative effects from it. It's completely up to you and your personal choice. ;)

Love 2B Free Thank you I’m flattered 💕 Is not about supplements... Is about going to the gym pushing yourself, tracking progress, and lifting heavy 💪🏽 + Eating enough to support those workouts. I'm completely obsessed with you, Natalie! You give me tons of motivation to get better (as an athlete and a vegan), thank you so much for all your amazing work! I have one question, maybe you have any advice for me;) - I live in a country that is crazy strict about people with tattoos (and I have a few of them;P) and because of that I can't work out in a gym. That's why I workout only at home (I have some weights but nothing to big, unfortunately) - do you have any advice or ideas for good home workouts? I do Fitness Blender now, and I really love it but I don't see that much progress, to be honest.
@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef6 жыл бұрын
Thank you so so much! If you're working out from home, try investing in some resistance bands and dumbells. You can google variations for each exercise. With a little imagination, you can modify any program to a home workout program. You don't need crazy heavy weights. Focus on the movements and squeezing the muscle ( mind-muscle connection is everything) The most important thing is that you stay consistent with whatever you do.

@nitotwirler6 жыл бұрын
Hahah... my husband and I are literally the same way it could taste like dog poop and he would eat it if it is healthy for you. He will cook kale and eat it and I am gagging like “that wouldn’t even taste good with a bag of sugar on it!” 😂.... but back to being serious, what do you suggest to a beginner that aspires to being a vegan fitness athlete?
@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef6 жыл бұрын
Haha, That's awesome! 1.If you're a beginner at the gym... I recommend hiring a trainer that shows you proper form, the form is extremely important to avoid injuries. 2.My second tip is to track your progress... keep a journal with your starting weights and make it a goal to slowly increase weight over time. Strength gainz = Muscle gainz 3.My third tip is to be consistent! Consistency is key to anything in life. 4.The last tip is to be patient! Change doesn't happen overnight. Hope this helps...best of luck in your journey :)

Hello! I tell you that I am vegan and I am training hard. 💪🏽 My upper body is well on its way but my butt and legs do not want to grow ... Can you help me a little bit with some advice? Thank you!! from Buenos. Aires, Argentina💕
@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef6 жыл бұрын
YASSS Hola!!!!!! I used to have the same problem, I'm very upper body dominant. I've changed up a few things and have been able to grow my lower body this year. These are a few things I did that helped me: 1. During my warm-up, I use a glute band to activate my legs and my glutes...It has helped me engage better and feel that mind muscle connection before and during my lifts. 2. Do heavy compound lifts! My top favorites are deadlifts and squats...and for the bootay heavy barbell hip thrust. 3. Track progression. strength gainz=Muscle gainz

Ha ... Natalie such a cute plantlete ... rocking the double hair buns. 😃 And George the King of Consistency. Sometimes I can go a week eating the same thing everyday too. Plus it helps put me in the mood for some "Mean Mugging" 😠 ... 😂😂😂 ... But man, those butternut squash fries sounds like something I definitely need to try out. 😋 So I bet Natalie probably said this before ... but I will risk being a knucklehead and ask anyway .... does it depend on the workout you have planned that determines whether you have more calories before or after it ?? Or is it just all intuitive regardless ?? And of course ... no secret ... gym time for Natalie = good times for viewers. And her back muscles are certainly lit. 🔥 👍😊
@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef6 жыл бұрын
Vindicator73 Thank you so much! To answer your question: At the moment my macros are the same every day. I don’t calorie cycle if that’s what you mean. At least not at this moment. I don’t worry about that. I’m in a slight calorie surplus. When I go to the gym I focus on progression and utilizing the extra calories to crush those workouts.
