"I dont fuck around." Literally the only thing that needs to be said about Pat Mac, and everyone knows it.
@Spoons74142 жыл бұрын
Let’s be honest. It doesn’t even need to be said. It’s already understood
@briangullickson90132 жыл бұрын
In fact it’s so understood, that even Chuck Norris is aware of it!

Yeah, pretty much describes him straight on

Actually I think everyone is born with it and it doesn't show itself until you meet Patty Mac. Then it just kicks on like cruise control or auto pilot.
@mariusfrost6402 жыл бұрын
"The interwebs doesn't care about the skill involved...". You're probably right for the majority. For me, I watch you shoot because of the skill: the way the rifle doesn't seem to recoil at all, how the pistol seems to be on rails when you draw, how fast and smooth your mag changes are. That's what sets you apart from the average shooting instructor, at least, in my eyes. Keep up the good work Pat!

@georgefloydsinhellwbreonna53302 жыл бұрын
I had a buddy make a 30 minute shooting clip for a contracting company and his fly was down the entire time. They asked him why he hadn’t paid attention to that detail but he said that he had to pee several times in previous deployments (we’re both Batt boys) so it’s intentional for a tactical release while behind cover. Complete bs and both knew it but he got the job.

5:30 AM work out done, cleaning shit for range day, then you realize you'll never look as cool as Pat Mac putting lead on steel. That spall was SICK!!!!
@eagleone54562 жыл бұрын
Spalling is when impact energy causes fragmentation of the target material. Like hitting a cheap steel armor plate that stops a round, but the layers closest to your body fragment.

Pat, I can only speak for myself. I follow you and watch these videos for a lot of reasons and volume of fire is way down on that list. I admire and respect your service to this country and it's Constitution. I raised my hand a few times also. I really enjoy listening to you; your delivery, your expertise, the way you put things. I did some instructor duty also and damn dude, you are really good at it. You've got the personality for it in that you really have a desire to share your knowledge with others. I had a couple of instructors teaching me during my time, and I swear, within 5 minutes of them starting to speak, heads would be bobbing. Quite honestly you are a seriously interesting person and I watch your vids because I learn something from them most times and am entertained at all times. Thanks.

Pat Mac teaches me how important attention to detail can be no matter how small the time frame. The American Spirit.
The first time I ever saw Pat was on Camp Anderson at Fort AP Hill. He was shirtless, chains around his neck, sand bag in each hand, walking the road between the Quonset huts doing insane PT. My only thought was “What did I get myself into!” I truly learned what intensity and focus really were, mindset matters, and its amazing how much you can fit into one day! The Metal is Real!

Now THAT was an awesome insight, really interesting. For sure I LOVE to see rounds being "spanked off" as a Brit we can't have guns.... however the preparations that go into creating these videos I find just as interesting, again cheers.
@joefrank94102 жыл бұрын
Can you not have any type of firearm? I know I’ve seen Brits that shoot shotguns. Do you not have shooting clubs where you can do pistol drills?
@danielmarshall45872 жыл бұрын
@@joefrank9410 The straight/quick answer is yes we can yes there are gun clubs........ however the hoops that have to be jumped through to get a Firearms License are many. Also once you get your license your work never ends to keep hold of it. I've seen KZbin vids of people having their firearms Licenses taken off them for the least/smallest reason. In the UK you can't even carry a locking knife.
@joefrank94102 жыл бұрын
@@danielmarshall4587 does it cost quite a bit to have a license? Can you carry a folding pocket knife?
@danielmarshall45872 жыл бұрын
@@joefrank9410 ..there's a channel "blackbeltbarrister(I think) he outlines various points of law. He had a vid covering some knife law, you can carry a folding knife so long as the blade is less than a certain size and dosen't lock. I believe most "multitools" Leatherman and similar fall foul of this because they lock, though these can be possessed. Some items are prohibited weapons such as knuckledusters which are "illegal to possess" either out & about or in your own house. BUT.... as a subject of Her Britannic Majesty Queen Elizabeth the 2nd, I'm happy to live here in good ol' Blighty.
