Doing also intermittent fasting (OMAD), it's a great way of improving your health. Even if honey is really good for health. I would suggest not using it in the morning to not break your fast. (my 2 cents).

Hey amigo! Thanks for the comment! You are absolutely right, because having my tea with honey is like second nature to me, I forgot that it has calories and essentially breaks my fast!
