Hello, Mandy! You are such a blessing to me & so many! I am a member of LC, and I have autoimmune. I've taken great notes from your fridge video, makeup video etc and have been telling others! I am so grateful for your insights as this can be a tough journey. I'll take all the ideas & support I can get! It appears that your sauna is pink, which makes me nervous about the off-gassing. Ben Lynch recommends running it 10+x without you in it to let it off-gas. The materials of the sauna are very important as to not ingest their chemicals while your pores are open in the heat. You may also want to invest in LLLT: low light laser therapy. The cheap ones do just as well, and they are on Amazon. They help with all our issues. Anyhow, keep up the great work! I love their queso blanco and chips! Unfortunately I'm avoiding all nuts right now because my allergy testing came back all over the place in terms of nuts :( also found out I'm allergic to eggs, dairy, sunflower seeds, pineapple, mushrooms, wheat/gluten (not shocking) and some other randoms. Gut restore protocol has begun and I'm praying I can at least get aged cheese's back after all this. It's awesome night shade's aren't an issue for me but when you have two conditions that are at odds with each other (Hashimoto's and PCOS) it's like, cool, I can have potatoes but then the insulin resistance negates that 🤦 thanks for all your inspiration 💜

As a fellow sufferers of chronic illness, I’m have a question for you, just out of plain curiosity :) Have you done any food sensitivity testing throughout your journey? I recently had two separate kinds of testing done and they came back showing sensitivities to upwards of 40 foods/spices/herbs. I’m now on a very strict diet (long-term Whole30 plus excluding all of my sensitivity which means a lot of fruits, veggies, nuts, and spices) and although it’s been difficult, I’m seeing some improvement following the diet (now lifestyle). Just curious how much testing you’ve done when it comes to food! Sending you prayers and well wishes.

Oh no... I ate a lot more than that! I just didn’t film the whole day. Also, I’m eating a moderate amount of carbohydrates right now. I’m not tracking, but I would guess I’d eat anywhere between 75-150 grams of carbs daily.
