Watching this SUPER late! But my word is COURAGE. I have a lot of goals for this year that are all going to take a lot of courage. I want to begin to heal my body of PCOS, I want to work on starting an Etsy shop, and I want to start a KZbin channel. I have already done so many courageous things in the first 1.5 months so I’m really looking forward to what the year holds. Praying for everyone and they words as well!

My word is REMAIN! I felt God pressing upon my heart He wants me to focus on remaining, resting and abiding in Him this year! We have a big year ahead of us as we sale our home, finish our support raising and move to Haiti. I am also on a healing journey myself like you and doing many small good decisions everyday to help me get there, by God's amazing grace! I'm finishing up the bible in one year plan and hope to be finished with it by the end of January. My health issues 3-4 months ago made me get a month behind but that's ok! :) I am also starting a bible study called Rest & Release so I am excited for that! Thankful for so much this year! Thankful for all the things I am doing now for my health, thanks to you and others like you who have shared!

My word this year is undivided. I want to focus on following Jesus more intentionally this year in every facet of my life. I love your channel. I just started watching a few days ago after hearing your dad speak on a P31 session on Lysa Terkeurst’s newest book. Thanks for being an inspiration.

My word is fight. I have always wanted a word but never felt God give me one (and I didnt want to just make one up). After 18 months of horrendous spiritual attacks (mainly mental health) I am fighting, fighting to be a child of God, fighting Satans attacks and fighting to be who God intends me to be. When God gave me this word he also gave me a promise that yes this year will be hard but he is worth it and he will sustain and provide for me. Praying for your strengthening x

SURRENDER is my word. Love following you & your videos, Mandy. I have been dealing with chronic illness for about 5 years and I can so relate. Thank you for sharing your journey and being so transparent. You are making a difference in this world for so many.

Just stumbled across this video and I’m looking for my word for this year 2019. Been chronically ill for a LONG time (at least 20 years). Looking back, I noticed as a kid I got tired quickly and even as a teen. Always needing naps. Definitely became more evident when I was pregnant with my son Michael who is now 15. Didn’t get diagnosed with FM until 6 years ago. As I continue this journey of improving my health, I know there are others God is placing in my life, giving me opportunities to encourage them and pray for them, to help them realize they aren’t alone and that God is the One who can help us through it all. Looking forward to what God has for me this year and how I can improve as a person.

Hi Mandy, good to hear from you and glad you had a great Christmas holiday. Continued prayers for your recovery. My word for this year is Faith. My faith has been tested the past two years going through two separate lays offs. However God has used it to bring me closer to Him and being Norman campus serving and witnessing literally hundreds of people’s lives change when they receive Christ for the first time. Thank you for being an inspiration of Hope, Faith, Perseverance, and Grace, it has helped me greatly. Honored to call you friend

My word is Patience! I have been working on this for the past few months so I thought I would carry it into the new year! Patience in relationships, in my health and every other aspect! Knowing that everything happens in His timing and not mine.

Hello Mandy! This will be my first year having a word for the year but its something God put on my heart and that work is Discipline. I want to be more disciplined in all areas of my life including being disciplined in my daily devotionals with God, in my school, in my marriage and in my health. I always say i am going to do this or be this way and always end up going back to my old ways so this year is my year to change my habits and the way I do life. Love your videos! you have such a sweet personality.

Mandy, I always look forward to your videos, whether its "day in the life" or just chatting. I was listening to your father's Christmas message from last year, and his desire/truth was to see YOU stand through the entire Christmas service this year since you had to sit last year. Just wondering if you were able to stand through the entire message this year? I guess I will have to get on "instagram" if I want to keep up with you, lol. I love your beauty and continuing pure spirit, and I continue to pray for you.

My word for the year is ABIDE. Last year kind of started the process but I want to increasingly live in the reality of ‘Immanuel’ - that Jesus is in our everyday lives & ordinary moments as much as He is in the big/miraculous/life-changing ones. I don’t want my fellowship with Him to be reserved for a 30-minute ‘devotional time’ - I want to live my life in devotion & just be as united with Him as He was with the Father. I love how Jesus said He did nothing on His own initiative, so even though I’ll probably never fully reach that goal this side of eternity, I want to be as led by/dependant on the Holy Spirit as possible in my day-to-day life & just cultivate greater awareness of Him :)

How long do you rebound for? I' have a rebounder, but haven't done it for a while. Do you do any other movement?
@MandyMeehan6 жыл бұрын
Just for a few minutes. I don’t time it or anything. Yes. I’ve been adding in a little movement each day. It sometimes is a little walking, plus a few squats, a couple wall push-ups, and stretching.
