I love the screens you added to the house. No bugs! The meeting of the Nona’s was grand. Four generations is an occasion to celebrate. I was fortunate to have lived in a multigenerational home twice. Once as child and again when my first grand babies lived with us for the first three years of their lives. What a blessing to have a big familia! I hope you will go to the cool mountains and not the hot sunny crowded beaches. I think you will meet up with family perhaps Sara’s dad and mayhaps a Oma and Opa .

Ciao ragazzi! May I give you a short story for a moment? Although I now live in Firenze, I am from a small city in Wisconsin, USA. When I was little my nonno worked for a company called Gerber. They made baby formulas and baby food. On their labels was a cute baby's face. Every year they would have a contest to choose the cutest baby in town. It became a compliment to say about a baby, "you are such a GERBER baby." That was considered the nicest thing to say about a baby. Always nice spending Sundays with Luca, Sara and Luce. Luce Makes me laugh when she giggles. I like those fly screens, Luca. My guess is you are waiting for brother Dave to go somewhere where there is a beach not too far from home because of the baby. My guess is somewhere along Lago Maggiore.
