Appreciate you checking out the video and the channel! I use a Sony A7iv with just the 28-70mm kit lens on it for on the go vlogs. The track workout was filmed on a Sony A7Siii and I think an 85mm prime lens. Another sick setup is the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, I’m looking into that for quick shots.
