Does the Choir or PSU leadership have a position on the mass criminality being committed by partner universities in Israel?

Can I take a history class at PSU about the role of universities in the rise of fascism in Germany?

In my choir and classes, we talk about how education includes teaching about the chaos ensuing in the world and what we CAN do to advocate for what is right. These same concepts are discussed in our community sings and concerts. I do not stand for this chaos. And though I can't control what others do in their classes, I can encourage my students to do their research, stand for what is right and good, and to engage each other in conversation with respect, empathy, and clarity on what their goals and expectations are for engagement.

@@Prof.C.R.Morris You are the first academic to respond to a protest comment. I commend you for this and thank you for your words of wisdom. I hope you understand these comments are aimed at PSU leadership and not you specifically in any way. Again, thank you.

@@Prof.C.R.Morris Thank you for your reply Professor Morris. Reed College chose the path of silencing comments and you have shown the moral path.

@@Gwynbleidd503 I absolutely understand. I thought it important that I reply ESPECIALLY AS I request that people trust their money with me to advocate for social justice through arts education. There is no social justice in education unless we are addressing how it impacts all people and we sew it into every aspect of our teaching and conversations as possible.
