One thing I miss most since moving away from Montreal is the breakfast. Adler describing what is essentially a Chez Cora Dejeuner Construction, and man I miss that. Montreal breakfast is tops. Great vid as always, bros.

Love seeing these games athletes in their day or two of training! I've watched the Mayhem and HWPO ones as well and my feedback is to have just one of you do a workout rather than 2 or 3 to try and beat the athlete. I'd rather see one average athlete in comparison to the games athlete than have 2 or 3 people try and beat the one athlete. Just my take!

If you want higher strain on the Whoop just set max heart rate lower. Major “fault” with the system is that it is completely relative to the individual and changeable settings when people compare to each other or rewards for high strain in certain Whoop groups.

The whole wildfires thing is terrifying. Surprised the training facility didn’t have a hepafilter air system and the garage door was wide open…? Also - wondering if the air quality issue is going to affect the Games due to Madison’s proximity to the border…
