It's SO weird to see someone make a video about Cisco. LOL! It is a great small town to live in tbh especially for raising kiddos. Thanks for stopping by!! 😁

The swimming pool in Cisco closed in the late 60's there was a roller skating rink and a miniature golf course that they both closed in the late 70's.

I love you guys! Even your crew cracks me up! I definitely need to go to Cisco and Eastland. Had no idea that Conrad Hilton started his hotel business here. Fascinating! I am so glad YT put your videos in my recommended list. Guess it's because I subbed Texas Country Reporter decades ago. The algorithm finally caught up! Thanks for the laughs, great info of nearby towns, and suggestions on where to eat. Love you! 🤠❤🤜🤛 MEET OLD RIP!

My ex wife’s great grandfather father either pulled out old rip or was there helping with the renovation. My late father in law is laid to rest in the Eastland Cemetery where Scurlock is buried.

Double check me on my History, the first Hilton “hotel” was a boarding house owned by Conrad’s dad Augustus in San Antonio, NM of which the “bar” now sits in The Owl Bar & Cafe. The Hotel in Cisco was the first one that Conrad owned.

The hotel in Cisco was originally called the Mobley Hotel until Conrad Hilton bought it and then it became the Hilton Hotel.
