Yes, and I still don’t think his kids would be considered “dark” on his scale, because none of them are questioning him or his narrative. The people who questioned him and/or Lori and their narrative, were the first to go, along with anyone who was “in the way”. JJ was very young and with autism I don’t believe he was questioning anything, but he got in the way, because he was still a minor in Lori’s care. @@bthomson I've a question. Not hate because I don't like the death penalty either. Do either of you have a solution for what to do with the monsters? I've thought long and hard about this. So what do we do? I can't help but think guarding these people turns some of the guards into sociopaths, and attracts ones that already are. The opposite of what we should want. We need a solution. @@bar9092 one could argue that keeping them in cages is just as barbaric as the death penalty. But these humans are barbaric. You're right, innocent humans deserve to be protected from them. I'm not sure how I feel about the death penalty in itself. Just the fact that innocent people have been executed bothers me immensely. However, what would be worse for these people? @savetrump91203 жыл бұрын
@@nerdjournal I'm surprised that the state didn't require an autopsy, I think it is required unless someone is on hospice care in some states. Maybe it was a religious thing. These people were master manipulators. I guess they were shamed into believing that they couldn't question the holiness of their dad. Honor your father and your mother is the 4th commandment. How could the daughters stand up against their dad and accused him of something so horrible during his time of grief? That would make the daughters look bad if they were wroung. Plus that life insurance money. Maybe some greed and love of money was in play at the time. Clinging to that social status of being better than is a powerful motivation.

@@savetrump9120 this area is so rural that the autopsy issue is mostly based on cost. It's just not common enough that the tiny city/county wants to pay for them (they have to send the bodies to the big city, so it's even got added costs to what people in the city would pay). So, if things "seem ok", they just ask the family what they want. The professional on-scene only had to have a HS diploma, I believe. Not even necessarily a medical professional. Small towns.... 🤷🏻

Chad Daybell created a cult within the mormon religion but outside of church doctrine. This was his business of marketing religious dogma. And created his own adoring personality cult.
@TimmyCherry3 жыл бұрын
It's actually fairly common for small cults like this to form in Utah and surrounding states, but very few of them kill anyone. The way it works is someone knowledgeable and charismatic (?) starts teaching standard LDS doctrine to a few followers but spices it up, makes it more 'interesting' and adds their own insight and maybe 'prophesies'. This guy Daybell sort of starts with a weird fan-fiction version of church doctrine and then keeps making it weirder and apparently killed people.
