awesome, i just picked a 330ci up for $500 with a running motor and a blown automatic. gonna manual swap it and fix the central locks / electrical gremlins as the body isn’t in bad shape. right now i’m just doing the interior and repainting abc pillars with dye before i start fixing vac leaks maf and leaks

It’s very relaxing to watch you work, especially after getting frustrated working on my own projects, with a busted shoulder. I wish you were closer, I really like that car. I am in NC and my second e46 project was a 2002 325 with sport package. I had to sell it so I can get my dream car which was a sport package Z3 330i with 5 speed transmission. But now I missed the sedan especially on long trips. I just found another $600 2003 sedan but it doesn’t have the sport package and the 2.5 is a little bit slower. Can’t wait for your next project.

Congrats! Looking forward to what you'll do with the additional time for making videos. Just gotta say - if you manual swap (especially 6 speed) this E46, you'll have no issues with clearing up garage space... While you have it priced well given the parts and labor you have into it, it's hard to sell a 200k BMW no matter how many bushings have been replaced. A good manual swap rundown would make for amazing content on the channel. Last I remember was either ShopLife or 50sKid doing that, it'd be incredible for your channel to provide a new manual swap series. Cheers from the east coast!!

That’s a great idea. I’ve never done one before but it can’t be too difficult. You’re right though, the manuals are valuable! I’ll have to do a video on one some day. Preferably after I’ve invested in a lift, not a fan of dropping transmissions on my back. Appreciate the feedback!
